We track KPIs such as irrigation coverage, plant health, turf uniformity and ticket response time. You receive monthly reports with photos and a digital logbook. Each condominium has a single point of contact (site supervisor), a shared calendar and a direct channel (WhatsApp/Slack/email) for permits and access.
